🎯 1. Event Objective
Assuming there are 12 participants, the goal is to complete the full tournament within 1–1.5 hours and determine the following winners:
Champion1st Runner-up2nd Runner-up
The tournament format:
Fast-paced matches
Clear and easy-to-manage scheduling
Fair determination of the top 3 positions
No mixed doubles will be arranged. Participation is open to everyone regardless of gender.
Awards & Benefits
🏆 Awards for Top 3Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the Champion, 1st Runner-up, and 2nd Runner-up.
🎁 SouvenirsThe company will also provide a souvenir for all participants.
🍺 Lunch ArrangementLunch will be provided by the company for all participants during the event.
🏓 2. Tournament Format
4 Group Round Robin
3 players per group, single round robin within each group
Top 4 Knockout
Each group winner advances to the semi-finals
Clear Top 3 Ranking
Semi-finals, 3rd place match, and final determine the top 3
🧩 3. Tournament Structure
1. Group Stage
The 12 players will be divided into 4 groups, with 3 players in each group:
Group A: 3 players
Group B: 3 players
Group C: 3 players
Group D: 3 players
Each group will follow a single round robin format, meaning every player competes once against the other two players in the same group.
Each group will have 3 matches:
Player 1 vs Player 2
Player 1 vs Player 3
Player 2 vs Player 3
Total for all 4 groups: 4 × 3 = 12 matches
2. Advancement Rules
The 1st place player from each group advances to the knockout stage, making 4 players in the semi-finals:
Group A Winner
Group B Winner
Group C Winner
Group D Winner
3. Knockout Stage
Semi-finals: Group A Winner vs Group B Winner; Group C Winner vs Group D Winner
3rd Place Match: The two semi-final losers compete for 2nd Runner-up
Final: The two semi-final winners compete for Champion and 1st Runner-up
The knockout stage consists of:
2 semi-final matches
3rd place match: best of 3 games
Final: best of 3 games

Group Stage: 1 game to 11 points, first to 11 wins, no extended deuce to avoid delays
Tie-breaking in Group Stage: If points are tied, ranking will be determined by number of wins; special cases will be handled as needed
Semi-finals: 1 game to 11 points
Final / 3rd Place Match: Best of 3 games, 11-point system
1.Group Stage
12 single-game matches allow the early stage to move quickly and efficiently.
2.Semi-finals
2 single-game matches quickly determine the finalists and 3rd place contenders.
3.3rd Place Match
Best of 3 games adds competitiveness and spectator appeal.
4.Final
Best of 3 games gives the final a stronger sense of formality and significance.

1.Registration & Grouping
Confirm the list of 12 participants and complete the group draw.
2.Group Matches
Each group plays 3 matches, for a total of 12 matches.
3.Determine Group Winners
If players are tied, ranking may be determined by head-to-head result, point differential, total points scored, and finally drawing lots.
4.Knockout Stage
Proceed with the semi-finals, 3rd place match, and final.
5.Announce Final Rankings
Champion, 1st Runner-up, and 2nd Runner-up.
